Beer 002, GRATITUDE. An ode to our present and the gratitude we have for all of our customers, staff, investors, family, and everything in between.

We’ve marked our 10th year of brewing with something new to SEVEN BRO7HERS. For 10 months prior to bottling, a special one-off BA imperial stout has been aging in a peated whisky barrel at the brewery, allowing the flavours to penetrate, deepen, and enhance the beer. Pouring inky black with a touch of ruby, raising the glass invokes memories of bonfires and a crackling hearth. Peat smoke takes the lead, followed by a sweet smoothness that lends balance and refinement to the brazen top notes. Proving that after 10 years in the industry we are still committed to learning, improving and exploring, this beer is a significant step on our journey as SEVEN BRO7HERS.
